What if I decide to change a plan from monthly to annually and back?

Our subscription plans are designed to ensure that your SMS notification to your loved ones and clients are covered always. It makes for the provisioning of a set amount of SMS credit unit periodically based on the duration (monthly or annually) that you have set. Once you have enrolled for a monthly plan, you can only change it at the end of the period as their billing cycle are different. Thank you.

How do I add personalized data to messages?

This is a wonderful add-on feature that our platform provides. An example of a personalized data is using your client’s personal names on each message sent to them. You can do this by uploading a list of contact phone numbers with their names and other details as available on the platform, then create a campaign and use available tags to apply personalized data to your messages. How do I re-subscribe a contact who opted out or was accidentally removed?

This is good! You only need to send a re-subscribe message to the person via SMS or email and they will be automatically added again to the list. Thank you.
